I specialize in adult individual, couples, and group psychotherapy. I also have extensive training and experience working with couples and facilitating process therapy groups.

- History of emotional, physical, and sexual abuse
- Family of Origin issues

- Parenting Support
- Work and Career issues
- Life transitions and adjustment difficulties
- Stress management
- Men's issues
I have training, experience, and interest in working with diverse populations (in terms of race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, physical health, and age). In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my client's individual needs to help attain the personal growth or healing they’re striving for. The initial assessment that I provide my clients often includes a developmental history gathering that leads to me offering explicit feedback about how I understand the client and how I think therapy can be helpful for the client. In most cases, this sets the stage for a collaborative establishment of therapeutic goals and a mutually understood framework for the therapy.
